– 50 year old female
– Presented with recurrent oral bleeding since 2-3 years
– Video Laryngoscopic examination
– Bluish mass arising from interarytenoid region
falling into postcricoid region
– Transoral interstitial laser therapy was done ↓ GA
– During anesthesia laser resistant tube was used
HPR report was hemangioma
– Post operatively, patient has good voice and no dysphagia
– Patient is asymptomatic since last 3-4 years.
